Business System Analyst (Bank)

Job Responsibilities: Analysing business operations and systems within the banking sector, focusing on areas such as (Loan/Trade and GIRO/FAST, MEPS/XB). The scope of systems includes core banking, back-office, information systems, front-office, and regulatory reporting systems, covering the entire spectrum of banking operationAs a Business Analyst, accurately capture business requirements, and as a System Analyst, you will assess technical feasibility and design solutions from both perspectives.Coordinate with system stakeholders in Japan, Singapore, and other APAC regions.To create detailed diagrams and documents to communicate business requirements and changes to system stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution.Manage time, communication, risks, and tasks within your area of responsibilityFoster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability, ensuring strong cross functional teamwork and alignment to project goals and objectivesEffectively communicate project progress, status, and key decisions to stakeholders, including senior management, and provide regular updates on project metrics, risk and dependenciesSupport to manage project lifecycle, from requirement, design, technical construction, testing, acceptance, training, documentation and implementation, in accordance with the Project Management Process and Methodology.Work closely with Project Lead/Owner or Sponsor to drive strategic or major initiatives as part of the organization’s roadmap and strategyRequirementsBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent.Experience in requirements definition and business analysis as a Business Analyst with min 5 years.Experience in design, specification formulation, and technical consideration as a System Analyst with min 5 years.Skills in creating business flow diagrams and system configuration diagrams, strong communication and team collaboration skillsKnowledge and practical experience in at least one of the following areas: (Loan/Trade and GIRO/FAST, MEPS/XB)
