Business System Analyst (Project Based)

Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate complex requirements into clear specifications.Solid understanding of system design, business processes, and application integration.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Willing to be placed at Lintasarta customers in the Banking sector in Jakarta.Willing to be a PKWT contract project employee's Lintasarta.Willing to work full-time in the officeResponsibilities:Analyze business needs and design application solutions aligned with business objectives.Perform holistic approaches to understand Bank Indonesia’s requirements and provide optimal solutions based on business processes.Translate user needs into functional and technical recommendations.Identify system, infrastructure, and application integration requirements to ensure smooth project execution.Provide input for work plans and implementation schedules.
