We’re looking for a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our ever evolving Business Management Office (BMO) team and help us unleash the potential of every business.What You’ll Own As The Business Systems AnalystEmploying data modelling techniques to identify ways in which an organization can operate more effectivelyCommunicate with senior stakeholders to procure requirements and convey insights and proposalsFormulate ways for businesses to improve effectiveness in how we deliver and better support our Engineering organization by streamlining critical processes, linked to staffing, procurement, capacity management etc.Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new processes and toolingOversee the implementation of new processes, approaches and technologyRun workshops and training sessionsExplore where we can benefit from alternative solutions, their risks, benefits and impactsProposing solutions to our stakeholder and keeping them updated with progressCreating technical and process led documents to outline the proposed changes and the steps involvedEnsuring the changes are successfully implemented against requirementsContributing to training and support for people affected by new systems and processesWhat You'll BringAdvanced skills in being able to distill down requirements and understand how to articulate them verbally and in written formatAdvanced skills in managing / organizing / combing complex data setsAdvanced knowledge of building complex data models in Excel and supporting applications (complex formulas, macros, pivot table analysis etc)Ability to compile executive summary presentations of data insights, observations and proposalsPowerBI knowledge sufficient enough to design, build and implement effect insight providing dashboards and reportsInterpersonal skills and confidence enough to lead / run data gathering and execution workshops, with clear outcomes and progress communicated throughoutQuestions, checks and evaluates information and sources in order to determine best path forward.Able to identify and separate out the key components of problems and situationsManipulate and interpret information from multiple sources, to spot patterns and trends in information and to deduce cause and effect from thisCan generate a range of creative solutions, evaluate them and choose the most appropriate optionShares information and supports team members / the wider organizationAbout The TeamTo learn more about our winning teams, check out our world-class teams that own it every day.What Makes a WorldpayerWhat makes a Worldpayer?
