Nous visons l'excellenceJob DescriptionThe Business Systems Analyst (BSA) acts as a link between business needs and technological solutions. He or she analyzes processes, defines functional requirements, and supports the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's business systems.Responsibilities:Requirements Analysis: Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements. Translate these requirements into functional and non-functional specifications aligned with company objectives.Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes, design improved solutions, and recommend optimizations based on data, feedback, and operational efficiency.Documentation and Testing: Produce and maintain key documentation (requirements, process flows, use cases, test scenarios). Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure the quality of deliverables.Solution Design and Evolution: Collaborate with IT teams and business units to design scalable solutions.
