The day-to-day tasks for this role include managing business application systems, analyzing and improving business processes, collaborating with teams to understand IT requirements.The Application Manager will lead the development, support, and enhancement of enterprise applications with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics AX, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and other integrated digital platforms. This role ensures systems align with business needs, improve operational efficiency, and drive digital transformation. The job holder will also provide team leadership, guiding and mentoring team members to ensure successful project outcomes. 2.🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesApplication ManagementOversee daily operations, support, and maintenance of AX 2012 and related systems.Manage application life cycle: development, testing, deployment, updates.Coordinate change requests and ensure proper documentation.Digital Process AutomationDesign and deploy automation workflows using Power Automate.Build and manage low-code business apps using Power Apps.Integrate AX 2012 with Power Platform and other cloud services (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse).Team & Vendor CoordinationManage a team of functional consultants, developers, and support staff.Collaborate with external vendors and service providers.Project ManagementLead or support ERP upgrades/migrations and other digital initiatives.Create project plans, monitor KPIs, manage risk.Stakeholder EngagementWork closely with business departments to translate business needs into application features.Support enterprise’s Ai transformation strategy 3.🧠Background & Qualifications🎓 EducationBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, or PMP (a plus).💼 Experience7+ years in managing enterprise applications or ERP systems.Strong expertise in Dynamics AX 2012/AX365 (finance, supply chain, production, etc.).Proven experience building workflows and apps in Power Platform.Experience in integration via API, Data Entities, or Azure services.Exposure to reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS) and SQL for data analysis.🧩 SkillsStrong project and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage cross-functional teams and prioritize tasks.Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experienceProficiency in managing Business ProcessesInformation Technology knowledge and experienceProven Team Leadership skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent in documentation skills.Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus ⚙️ Preferred Tools & TechnologiesDynamics AX 2012 (X++, MorphX, AIF), AX365Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BIMicrosoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams)Azure Logic Apps / Azure FunctionsSQL Server, SSRSDevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines People Characteristic:Dynamic pleasant characterChange to new thing mindsetVery high-ethics (job offer is subject to satisfactory of reference checks)  What's on the OFFER:Competitive compensation packageAnnual KPI bonusVoluntary Healthcare (hi-beneficial frame) for individual BENEFITSInsurance all kinds by both Government and Voluntary (AON):To ensure your health and wellbeing, you are offered various medical benefits of OPD & IPD.
