Business Transformation Senior Professional

We are looking for a Business Transformation Senior Professional to strengthen our team in the CEO Office, Equity Participations & NRS Division. Your call will be to guide, deliver, and monitor projects across the Company that focus on process and performance improvement. Your tasks will indicatively include:Develop and maintain DESFA’s business Transformation Plan, coordinate and monitor its progress status.Perform process analysis to identify pain points and improvement opportunities including opportunities for process digitalization and automation.Support the definition of business requirements, identify dependencies and support where needed digital transformation initiatives.Update and maintain procedures and relevant documentation.Perform project management related activities including status monitoring and reporting, preparation and delivery of presentations and stakeholder management.Facilitate and lead workshops with multidimensional teams.Drive and support the execution of ad-hoc requested internal projects and business reports.QualificationsBSc in the areas of Economics/Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, and other related fields and a respective MScAt least three (3) - five (5) years of relevant working experience in a similar role (business / process analyst, management consulting)Proven experience in business analysis, process mapping and use of process improvement methodologies (i.e. six sigma, lean, continuous improvement)Previous experience of working in Big 4 consulting environment will be considered a plusExcellent command of English languageVery good knowledge of MS-Office applications (incl.
