We design highly curated, detail-driven journeys across Africa and beyond for discerning global travelers.Ilora Retreats, located in Kenya’s Masai Mara, is an intimate luxury tented retreat offering personalized safari experiences defined by privacy, design, and understated elegance.Together, we combine strong international sales presence with deep on-ground expertise in East Africa.As we expand our European trade partnerships, we are seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to represent both brands in-market.Role: B2B Sales Manager – EuropeWe are looking for a Europe-based B2B Sales Manager to develop and grow trade partnerships for Wild Voyager and Ilora Retreats.This is a proactive, outbound sales role focused on building relationships with luxury travel advisors, tour operators, and experiential travel companies across Europe (and selectively North America).You will act as our market representative — generating new business, strengthening trade relationships, and driving measurable revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and onboard new B2B travel partners across EuropeDevelop and execute a structured market-entry and growth strategyConduct proactive outreach (calls, visits, trade meetings) to luxury agencies and tour operatorsRepresent the brands at key industry events (ITB, WTM, ILTM, We Are Africa, Indaba)Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership termsGrow revenue from existing trade accountsProvide regular sales reporting and market intelligenceCollaborate closely with operations teams across Kenya and other WV officesAchieve agreed sales and partnership targetsIdeal Candidate Profile5+ years in B2B travel trade sales (luxury / experiential travel preferred)Strong network within European travel advisor and tour operator communityDemonstrated success in outbound business developmentCommercially driven with revenue ownership experienceExcellent negotiation and relationship-building skillsComfortable working independently while coordinating with international teamsWilling to travel within Europe for sales visits and trade showsA degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.Please mail your profile to info@wildvoyager.com with expected salary and notice period.
