They aim to serve clients and consumers through commercial and marketing support using an innovative approach across their value chain.Role PurposeThe Business Unit Head – OTC will be responsible for leading and driving the strategic and operational aspects of our client’s OTC (Over the Counter) business in Indonesia. The role requires strong leadership, P&L ownership, brand management expertise, and deep understanding of the Indonesian consumer healthcare market. The incumbent will play a key role in portfolio development, market penetration, commercial partnerships, and team development to drive sustainable growth.As a Business Unit Head (OTC), you will be responsible for...Defining and implementing the OTC business strategy aligned with the company’s goals.Developing mid- to long-term growth plans, market entry, and product portfolio strategies.Full ownership of the OTC business unit P&L.Leading brand planning, positioning, activation, and lifecycle management for OTC products.Collaborating with marketing and digital teams to develop ATL/BTL/Digital strategies.Driving commercial execution by working closely with sales, trade marketing, and distributor teams.What you already have...Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).Key Account Management (KAM) experience, with a focus on product management and brand management.Proven track record in sales and marketing within the Over The Counter (OTC) and consumer healthcare segments.Expertise in managing teams, developing brands, and executing brand-building strategies.Strong understanding of consumer health trends and the ability to drive marketing initiatives to align with market demands.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support business growth and expand market presence.Experience in sales and marketing, specifically in the pharmaceutical and consumer goods sectors.10+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical, OTC, or consumer goods or consumer health industry in Indonesia.Proven experience in leading P&L, brand building, and launching OTC products.Deep understanding of Indonesian consumer and retail landscape.Demonstrated experience in Key Account Management, product management, and brand management.Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with experience in developing and executing brand-building strategies.Strong understanding of the consumer healthcare sector and OTC products.Other details Target Industries – Pharmaceutical, Consumer Healthcare, Personal Care, Retail and FMCG, Medical DevicesLocation – Jakarta Indonesia
