We warmly welcome your application!About the role:As our Business Unit Manager, you will have the opportunity to establish and lead your own business area within technology and leadership. The role combines both operational and strategic responsibilities, working closely with our clients and consultants to build long-term relationships and create new business opportunities.Your main responsibilities include:Building and leading a team of consultants – identifying, attracting, and recruiting the right talent in close collaboration with internal resources.Driving sales and business development, from prospecting to securing new deals and expanding existing collaborations.Creating and strengthening client relationships by understanding their needs, ensuring quality, and acting as a strategic partner.Developing the business area’s offering in technology and leadership, ensuring it is relevant, competitive, and clearly positioned.Taking operational leadership responsibility for the team – coaching, supporting, and enabling consultants’ success, supported by the company’s internal programs and resources.Contributing to the long-term strategy of the business area, with a focus on growth, profitability, and quality.What we are looking for:You are someone who enjoys taking responsibility, brings energy to your work, and takes initiative. You like working in a role where both people and business are central, and you have a natural interest in leadership. You feel confident meeting different types of people, enjoy creating structure, and are motivated by seeing tangible results from your work.To be successful in this role, you need to enjoy sales and feel comfortable driving business processes from start to finish. You have experience working closely with clients and developing business; having budget responsibility is a strong plus.
