Ensure that the function proactively engages with internal compliance and legal resources to ensure full compliance before taking action and/or committing Roche to activities externallyWho You Are You hold a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related health field; holding master’s in Health Economics, Public Health, PharmD, or MBA is a strong plus You have 7+ years of experience in a senior customer-facing role (ie; access ,sales, medical, or marketing), and proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives You are able to synthesize & collectively translate diverse market insights & global directions into a clear vision & forward-looking strategies You demonstrate strong analytical mindset, and ability to connect systems to navigate business complexity and environment ambiguity– You inspire and mobilize cross-functional teams toward common goals.– You adapt quickly to changes and drive collaborative execution in a matrixed environment.– You embody the Roche leadership commitments as a Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, and Coach—.
