Job Description

What You'll DoManage procurement and inventory to keep our supply chain running smoothly and meet customer demand. You'll analyze inventory levels, forecast needs, place orders, and work with suppliers to keep everything on track.Yes, this is a hybrid position but you must be able to come to the office 4 days/week.Inventory ManagementAnalyze demand, forecasts, and trends to maintain optimal inventory levelsMonitor stock levels and flag potential shortages or overstock situationsGenerate and manage purchase orders and forecastsTrack back-orders and ensure timely deliveryParticipate in physical inventory and cycle countsProcurementSource, negotiate, and select vendorsBuild strong supplier relationships and negotiate favorable termsProcess purchase orders accurately and efficientlyMonitor supplier performance and resolve quality, delivery, or pricing issuesPlanning & ProjectsAnalyze data to spot trends and improvement opportunitiesWork with engineering and quality teams on technical requirementsLead cost reduction and continuous improvement projectsHelp develop and improve MRP/ERP processesCommunicationKeep sales, engineering, and customer service updated on inventory and order statusCollaborate across departments to resolve issues and maintain smooth operationsMaintain accurate records of inventory and purchase ordersWhat You Need3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory planning, supply chain, etc.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
