This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing our Product Line Offering, using data, analytics, and real-time market insights to drive results and inform future seasons.If you love product, think strategically, and are energized by collaboration, this is an opportunity to help build something meaningful.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute product line offerings with a strong assortment planning lens for the Canadian marketLeverage historical data, analytics, and market feedback to shape future seasons and drive current performancePartner cross-functionally to align product strategies across all DTC touchpointsBuild strong relationships and communicate effectively across the businessDevelop seasonal plans including product, pricing, flow, concept, and strategic intentDemonstrate strong commercial acumen with mastery of key wholesale, retail, and digital KPIsPrepare clear, compelling presentations and reports for leadership and store teamsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field—or equivalent industry experience3–5 years of buying experience, ideally within contemporary menswear or multi-door retail environmentsStrategic, future-focused thinker with the ability to innovate and influencePassion for product and working knowledge of product developmentStrong analytical, communication, and presentation skillsProven ability to turn data into effective business strategiesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to travel up to ~30% across Canada and internationallyHybrid work model—valid driver’s license and vehicle requiredWhy Join Us?At Caulfield Apparel Ltd., you’ll be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and collaboration.
