The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Source new items and new suppliersManage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.Optimise inventory, monitor and replenishment effort, ensuring items are always available.Execute strategic sourcing initiatives and cost-saving measures.Provide data-driven analysis on sourcing and supply.Requirements:Bachelor's degree qualification or equivalent in any field will be a plus but not compulsoryPreferably candidates with sourcing experience in Retail (Home & Living, Health & Beauty, Electronics & Gadgets)Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skillsAttention to detail and ability to multitask efficientlyProactive approach & continuous curiosity about new products in the marketLanguage requirements: English & BM (Mandarin & Cantonese will be a plus)Malaysian only, no quota for expatriates
