We are currently looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Buyer’s Administration Assistant to join Seed Heritage.Reporting to the Production Coordinator, the Buyer’s Administration Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Women’s Accessories Design & Buying Team by managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and providing general administrative and design support.This role is critical to ensuring all product orders are accurately captured, tracked, and delivered on time across AU and NZ regions.The RoleLiaise daily with suppliers regarding purchase orders Manage day-to-day tasks such as receiving post, sending parcels, and arranging supplier pick-upsUnpack samples and distribute to relevant departmentsPrint presentation and design packs, as well as style files, ensuring accuracy and timely updatesSupport Design Assistants with online copy drafts and documentationCompile monthly style files for buy presentations, including apparel key looks, colour palettes, and gridsAssist with sample clearance, warehouse storage, and sample salesMaintain department design boards, safety, and cleanlinessRaise all purchase orders for Women’s Accessories across AU and NZ regions and send to suppliersUpdate POs with shipping and delivery information, re-sending updates to suppliers as neededRun daily and regular purchase order reports to track deliveries and ensure accuracyRaise buy plan lines per department when requiredCheck swing ticket details, material/fabric composition, and other product data in D365On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:Previous experience in a buying, production, or merchandise administration role within a retail or fashion environment (highly regarded)Experience working with ERP systems (D365 experience highly advantageous)Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointRelevant tertiary qualifications in Fashion, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential)Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order managementStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills for effective liaison with suppliers and internal stakeholdersProactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamA can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challengesWHY JOIN THE SEED HERITAGE TEAM?Up to 50% off the new season Seed Heritage product range!Generous discounts across all Brandbank Group Brands including Unison, allkinds, Commonry, kikki.K & FINE-DAY.Supportive team culture and environment.Employee Referral Program - be rewarded for referring great new people to our team.Health and Wellness initiatives with access to Employee Assistance ProgramBrandbank Day - An additional day's leave to use however you like - whether it's for life admin, cultural celebrations, or simply recharging.You & Your Mate - Yes, we mean your dog!
