Responsibilities: • Support the end-to-end recruitment process for the Korea market, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, offer follow-up, and onboarding coordination. • Act as the first point of contact between the company and candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. • Proactively source and attract suitable candidates through various channels (job boards, social platforms, referrals, etc. ). • Maintain and update candidate databases and assist with recruitment reports. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support recruitment strategies. • Work closely with the China HR team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Assist with other HR projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed. Requirements: • Current university student or recent graduate; major in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or related fields is a plus. • Able to use Chinese as a working language; strong communication and coordination skills. • Proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. • Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. • Interest in recruitment or human resources, and willing to grow in an international team. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with recruitment platforms is a plus.
