We're a close-knit, supportive group who take pride in the quality of our work and the relationships we build both within the team and with our customers.You'll be working in a dynamic open-plan office surrounded by knowledgeable, approachable colleagues who are always ready to share expertise, celebrate successes, and lend a hand when needed.About the role | Ko te mahi neiAs a BWOF Technical Support Officer, you'll provide essential technical and administrative support to our BWOF Officers, helping to ensure the smooth and accurate management of documentation, data entry, and customer queries. You'll also provide technical advice to customers on Compliance Schedules and Building Warrant of Fitness processes, helping them navigate their responsibilities and maintain building safety and compliance.While you'll receive full training and ongoing support, this role will suit someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, takes initiative, and is confident in learning new systems and processes. Experience working within a Building Consent Authority or a related compliance environment, and/or a relevant tertiary qualification will be highly regarded.About you | Ko Koe TēneiThis fast-paced role will draw on your ability to prioritise workload, your excellent communication skills, and your task-oriented approach to working. You'll have extensive experience in an administration/customer service office environment and be a confident computer user.
