As a HR Specialist you support the Overseas HR Department and perform a variety of tasks in the field of general talent acquisitions, talent development functions. Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Employee ManagementResponsible for posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and arranging interviews, assisting in the completion of the recruitment process;Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, signing employment contracts, and managing employee records;Maintain and update employee information and HR files. Employee Relations ManagementHandle daily employee relations issues and resolve employee complaints and disputes;Organize employee activities to enhance team cohesion;Assist in conducting performance evaluations and employee development plans, and follow up on execution results.
Training and DevelopmentAssist in planning and organizing various employee training and development programs;Follow up on training effectiveness evaluations and provide improvement suggestions. Policy Implementation and Compliance ManagementAssist in the implementation and tracking of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance;Handle employee offboarding procedures to ensure the legality and standardization of labor contracts. Required skills, qualifications and experience: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields;Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in human resources or related fields, with experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations preferred;Skills:
Familiarity with Hungarian labor law and relevant regulations;Proficiency in English as a working language, Hungarian/Chinese is a plus;Proficient in office software (e. g. , Word, Excel, PPT);Strong communication, Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage a demanding workload on a daily basis, teamwork skills. Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, patient, highly responsible, and capable of working under pressure.
