The Network Development Manager's role is to support the Region and their team of Specialists in leading dealer performance discussions regarding Share, Sales, CSI, Facility, and Capacity. The manager will also assist with Buy Sells & Consolidations, Follow-up on Term Agreements, Minority Appointments, Dealer Onboarding, supporting product launch. Location: Hungary- BudapestKey Responsibilities: Make Network development strategy for Hungary, leading new dealer partners development accordingly. Develop and execute a Market Representation Business Plan that accomplishes the following:
Identifies dealers with sufficient capital, capacity, customer satisfaction and characterStrengthens dealer profitabilityFacilitates BYD network developmentAchieves volume and share growth objectives Define & implement Network plan in the assigned market. Execute the BYD network consolidation strategy to right-size the BYD networkManage Performance Improvement Growth Process at underperforming BYD stores and identify opportunities for improvement / replacement Lead dealership and related contract/agreement negotiationCoordinate with all relevant resources to adjust the business processes, align task roles from all business levels & functions. Required skills, qualifications and experience:
Bachelors degree or above, business management or engineering background is preferred At least 8+ years related working experience in Automotive industry within the hiring regionsExpert in business acumen, including interpretation of financial statements, dealer performance reports and retail industry reportWorking experience in auto OEM for EU network developmentProficient English and Hungarian is a must.
