Make reasonable allocation for production personnel and equipment etc. according to the production plan. Reduce cost and increase production efficiency, ensure smooth productionResponsible for setting product-hour standards and maintenance, calculate working hour efficiency and improve efficiency in all kinds of ways. Responsible for "lean manufacturing improvement", continuous researching for best production mode, improve efficiency, eliminate waste, support the continuous improvement to the production site.
Responsible for the "lighthouse factory" project follow-up, promote automation, lean manufacturing and imformatization for lighthouse factory. Assist engineer to finish other tasks. Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required: Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years working experience, proficient in English and Hungarian, fluent Chinese preferred;Have knowledge of operation management, quality, industrial project, lean manufacturing and relative knowledges. Familiar with production site management、5S、7 waste, be able to allocate production personnel and plan productions lines properly. Familiar with products' production process, principle, operational processGood communication skills, coordination and organization ability. Master the use of auxiliary tools like CAD office software.
