The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base. Responsibilities: Lead the technical development of new products and new process design molds, and evaluate and demonstrate the design scheme. Lead the review meeting before mold opening, avoid risk points in advance, lead the solution of various engineering problems in the process of mold development, solve the mechanical processing problems in production, and ensure the smooth production.
Lead the mold trial review meeting, formulate solutions, assist each department to solve production problems, and complete the mold related experience summary. Responsible for the confirmation and arrangement of the mold maintenance plan, ensure the feasibility of the mold maintenance plan, and complete the summary of mold related experience. Complete other tasks assigned by the department leader on time.
