The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion. Key Responsibilities: Formation of cross-functional teams for new projects. Organization and reporting of review meetings at various project stages, as well as follow-up on decisions made during these meetings. Collection and archiving of input and output documents at each project stage.
Tracking and summarizing key milestones such as delivery and acceptance timelines, OTS (Off-Tool Sample) completion, and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) completion times. QualificationsBachelor's degree or above with over 3 years of work experience; proficiency in English and Hungarian is required, and fluency in Chinese is a plus. Strong analytical and communication skills; proficient in using office software. Familiarity with the products being manufactured and an understanding of basic process characteristics.
