Sales Planning Manager

[Sales Planning]- Work with HQ & regional hub to set annual and quarterly sales target- Determine Monthly, quarterly, annual production plan to meet BYD Korea target- Determine annual and quarterly allocation to meet dealer target- Define an optimal force deployment model including the best model mix- Work with sales area manager to develop sales opportunity to deliver sales target- Support sales director to develop a compelling strategy to achieve required sales target- Monitor production status to maintain pipeline in line with sales target- Conduct market earning to meet the company's goal such as monitor VME spending- Sales promotion planning[Production Order Management]- According to monthly sales planning guide, Process orders in the HQ system.

- Communicate with order management team in HQ- Responsible for providing essential support for the team about order processing[Used car]- Establishes a used car strategy & corresponding business plan according to HQ guidelines- Coordinates UC sales network expansion strategy with relevant departments- Monitoring and analysis of used car sales including proposal of appropriate measures- Close monitoring on residual value of products and overall dealer profitability monthly[Required skills]-Relevant experience in automotive industry or related field-High-energy, high-integrity individual who can simultaneously drive change while sustaining a culture of team play-Highly adept at strategic sales planning (Growth strategy, quota allocation, force deployment, key account planning)-Strong analytical skills including market analysis-Versatile at navigating the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations
