The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.Position SummaryThe representative provides a positive customer service experience that meets the needs of our patients by educating them on products and services, listening to concerns, addressing issues, and placing supply orders. This is an in office position.ResponsibilitiesReview and Process orders via fax and electronic platformsMake outbound calls to patients and referrals as neededUtilize tools and resources to assist in order entryUse full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patientsCommunicate effectively with patients, teammates healthcare professionals and sales team.Consistently meet required Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)Perform other duties as requiredEducation And Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of customer service experience required Call center experience preferredKnowledge, Skills And Abiliites Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms Ability to learn Byram products and therapies Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experienceTeammate BenefitsAs an Accendra Health employee, you have choices to fit your life.
