About the Company We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Assistant C&B Manager to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities ● Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. ● Develop and implement competitive compensation structures that align with business objectives and market trends. ● Design and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring they are attractive, cost-effective, and in compliance with labor laws. ● Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to compensation and benefits. ● Conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and market analysis to maintain a competitive pay scale. ● Collaborate with HR and management to design and implement performance-based reward and incentive programs. ● Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies. ● Lead or assist in HR projects related to C&B optimization, automation, and employee engagement. Requirements ● 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Management, or HR-related functions. ● Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and compensation structures. ● Hands-on experience with payroll software, HRIS, and benefits administration. ● Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations. ● Fluent English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). ● Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and analytical mindset. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
