Our teams work across cutting-edge technologies, contributing to projects that span industries and geographies.We foster continuous learning and professional growth, offering access to targeted training and certifications aligned with individual interests and career aspirations.Our culture of collaboration, innovation, and shared values empowers professionals to grow and succeed.About The RoleWe’re looking for a C++ Developer eager to grow with us and make an impact in the insurance technology space!Join our successful team in Bulgaria and contribute to the development of applications for our Insurance Business customers across Europe.Together, we’re building and integrating a global platform for product and policy administration – a complete solution used to manage the entire insurance business lifecycle, already trusted by more than 100 implementations in 25 countries worldwide.Daily challengesCollaborating in a multicultural Scrum team with colleagues from around the globe;Planning, researching, and developing new features and bug fixes for a modern cloud-based application;Working in a nurturing environment – supporting others and getting support from experts with over 20 years of experience in the company;Participating in communities of practice and sharing know-how with other teams;Partnering daily with product specialists, DevOps, QA, and documentation colleagues to create high-quality solutions.Experience And Skills RequiredAt least 2 years of hands-on C++ development experience on Windows and Linux environments;Proficiency in make, bash scripts, object-oriented programming, Git, and shared library development;Solid understanding of the C++ Standard Template Library (STL);Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, React, and experience with ticketing systems for issue tracking;Proven ability to resolve issues through verification, isolation, correction, testing, and documentation;Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field;Basic knowledge of Databases;Proficiency in English (B2 level).Company BenefitsAt DXC Technology, we don’t just offer jobs - we build careers.
