We specialize in putting together custom programs and systems for our clients in the construction, agriculture and manufacturing industries. As a Health & Safety Co-ordinator, you will be essential in co-ordinating onboarding, training, subontractors, certifications and other program requirements for our vast number of clients.

Reporting to the Safety Manager, you will utilize your core skills in time management and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Your premium skills in construction safety and COR certification knowledge will enable you to effectively management client requirements. By fostering a culture of safety, you will contribute significantly to the organization's commitment to employee well-being and operational excellence of our clients. Health & Safety Co-ordinator: You will be performing the following tasks: Onboarding new workersBooking trainingManage ISN, ComplyWorks, Avetta, etc.

Subcontractor managementAdministrative tasks for the companyEmail management for clientsTask assignment deligationCoordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsRespond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-personPrepare reports, presentations, and correspondenceMaintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessaryWe are looking for: A team player who is willing to pitch in if necessary in other areas of the company. Someone who can work independently, but also as a team. You will be willing to work in a face-paced environment and possibly have the ability to work from home on occasion. The successful candidate possesses the following attributes and skills:

Proficient in using the Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerpointEmail management is a necessity. Excellent organizational and time management skillsExceptional people skillsFlexibility, adaptability, self starting and takes initiativeThe ability to work in a fast paced environmentAttention to detailCo-ordinate training classesUtilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation. Manage time effectively to prioritize client workloads3+ years of construction safety administration experienceProficient in Word and Excel. Proficient in managing multiple email accounts.
