The opportunity to follow your own compass.The Role: CAD DesignerWe are looking for a CAD Designer to join our HQ in Ravarino (MO). The role will be responsible for developing fabric markers for cutting and for size grading, working in close collaboration with the Pattern Making and Production teams. This position requires precision, advanced technical skills, and a strong focus on process optimization.Your ImpactThe Day-To-DayCreate and optimize fabric markers using CAD/PLM software to maximize efficiency and minimize wasteCollaborate with Pattern Making to process technical sheets and digital patternsSupport Production in managing orders and ensuring delivery timelines are metContribute to the continuous improvement of placement and cutting processes with innovative solutionsDevelop size grading from base prototypes, applying measurement tables and internal rulesCheck consistency of measurements and proportions across sizes, solving fitting-related issuesQualificationsKey QualificationsTechnical diploma (e.g., textile or fashion) or equivalent education in apparel manufacturing2-4 years of experience in apparel production companiesProficiency in CAD software for pattern making and markers (Lectra Modaris/Diamino preferred)Our Shared ValuesAt Stone Island we aren’t led by conventions or trends, but by our own compass.
