CAD / REVIT Specialist

JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled CAD / REVIT Specialist to join our team and support our commitment to delivering high-quality projects across Saudi Arabia. This role is essential for ensuring that our designs are executed efficiently and accurately using cutting-edge technology. As a CAD / REVIT Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and documentation that adhere to project specifications and industry standards.Your expertise in both CAD and Revit will be critical in collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction teams. You will play a key role in facilitating design coordination and ensuring that project goals are met effectively. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, innovative, and passionate about leveraging technology to enhance project outcomes.ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit for the Cableway System, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specificationsCollaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical components into cohesive designs for transport systemsUpdate and maintain CAD drawings and Revit models to reflect modifications and ensure accurate project documentationAssist in the development of design calculations, reports, and specifications for the Cableway transportation systemConduct design reviews to identify and mitigate potential design conflicts and issues, ensuring a collaborative design processCoordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors and consultants, to support the successful execution of design projectsImplement best practices for CAD and Revit usage in design workflow and documentation proceduresParticipate in project meetings to provide design updates and communicate effectively with project teamsImplements BIM procedures in line with ISO 19650 during design, construction and handover for assigned assetsResponsible for the assurance and checking of the information within the teamUpskill all members of the team on CAD & RevitCollaborate with PM design teams on procedural elements and complianceContributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the QIC's systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice', improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvementEnsures the implementation and management of a Common Data Environment to international standards, through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)Manage the Aconex information system on behalf of the team ensuring compliance with QIC procedures and Team requirementsProduce drawings / graphics for the Team as required All other tasks required in the TeamRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related fieldProven experience as a CAD / REVIT specialist, preferably in transportation or infrastructure-related projectsStrong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software, with a solid understanding of modeling, drawing standards, and best practicesExperience in the design and documentation of transportation systems, specifically cableway systems, is highly desirableExcellent visualization and drafting skills with an eye for detail and accuracyStrong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects, demonstrating strong organizational skillsFamiliarity with other design software (e.g., Civil 3D, Navisworks) is a plus. - Demonstrate strong written and spoken English
