The purpose of the CAD Support role is to provide specialist technical and operational support for the QAS’ Triple Zero Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system to ensure its reliability, availability, and performance in supporting critical ambulance dispatch and emergency response functions across Queensland.The position will be a part of the ICT Command Centre team which is part of the broader Information Communication and Technology branch of the QAS and will play a critical role in supporting key frontline ICT services and contributing to the ongoing success of the business through a variety of responsibilities as outlined below.
