We are proud to have been consistently ranked one of the 'World's Best Workplaces' by Great Place to Work®.The Adecco Group AG is headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland (ISIN: CH0012138605) and listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange (ADEN) and powered by nine global lead brands: Adecco, Adia, Badenoch + Clark, General Assembly, Lee Hecht Harrison, Modis, Pontoon, Spring Professional, and Hired.We are looking for a "CAD Trainer" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “automotive sector”.ResponsibilitiesConduct training sessions for technical software (e.g., CAx/PDM systems) both in our in-house training center and at customer sites.Take responsibility for the entire training process, from designing the content, delivering the sessions, to evaluating results.Act as a consultant to customers, advising them on training needs and the effective use of tools and processes.Ensure the technical functionality of the digital training environment in collaboration with the team.Work closely with colleagues and customers, embracing agile values, to foster a productive and enjoyable working relationship.QualificationsA degree in engineering or a technical apprenticeship.Ideally, experience and knowledge in the fields of design and/or support for Siemens NX and Teamcenter.Willingness to continually learn new topics, tools, and projects.Previous experience in a training environment or trainer certification is a plus.Excellent communication skills in both Turkish and English, with German as an advantage, and the ability to explain complex topics in a simple manner.Willingness to undertake multi-week business trips to deliver training sessions domestically and internationally.Adecco is a private employment agency under Turkey Employment Organization's authorization 554 license number 10.11.2022Adecco, İşkur'un denetiminde 10.11.2022 tarihli 554 No'lu lisans sahibi özel istihdam bürosudur.
