What You Will DoYou will take on an important role in the Legal team, reporting directly to the Head of Legal. You will provide legal related administrative and secretarial support in a wide variety of legal matters, in close contact with internal and external stakeholders. Your Main Responsibilities Will IncludeGeneral administrative and secretarial support to the Legal teamSupporting standardization and process improvements in collaboration with other internal teams, including Contract Management and Procurement. Contract and legal document management, including proof-reading, incorporation of amendments, preparation of documents for signature, and filing.
Maintaining and updating Cadeler Group’s contract and corporate filings and related documentation, such as on SharePointLegal invoice management, and Travel and expense managementAssistance with presentations and internal training materials and communications. Handling company registrations and associated administrative matters with the applicable authorities. Supporting third party due diligence processes, including use of electronic screening tools. If possible, corporate governance support, including document preparation for board and shareholder meetings and maintaining a calendar of Cadeler Groups’ corporate governance requirements and key dates.
To succeed in this roleWe are looking for a person who is a great communicator with strong organizational skills. You have a “can-do” approach to things and look for solutions, and you like to improve structures and processes. You enjoy being part of an international environment, with a flat hierarchy and take pride in bridging issues between departments. You are great at collaboration, and you want to play an active role in engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, integrity is part of your DNA, and you can maintain strict confidentiality within your areas of responsibility.

We think you will be a good match if you have some of the following competencies: Hold experience as a company/corporate/legal secretary from a law firm or an in-house legal department. Prior experience from a similar organization or company is an advantage. Fluency in Danish and English, oral as well as written. Familiar or experienced with Microsoft Apps, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
