Conceived to seamlessly blend hospitality, retail, and cultural engagement, the venture aims to redefine and enhance how visitors interact with the gallery’s brand.Café ChefThe Café Chef is the creative and operational anchor of the kitchen—balancing culinary artistry with financial discipline. This role defines the café’s food narrative, ensuring every dish reflects thoughtful R&D, refined menu planning, and cost-conscious execution.Key SkillsStrong culinary vision and techniqueMenu planning with knowledge in costing and menu engineeringTeam leadership in the kitchenCollaboration with the Den managerResponsibilitiesOversees inventory and conducts regular stock checksReceives and checks quality and quantity of all deliveriesOrganize dry/cold storage, manage waste & cleanliness, oversee inventory and conduct daily stock checksEnsures proper labeling, dating, and storage of incoming goodsImplements and monitors FIFO (first in, first out) system in cold and dry storageResponsible for end-of-day cleaning protocols and waste disposalCreate and update prep sheet dailyEnsures all food safety and sanitation protocols are strictly followedCoordinate closely with the Den Manager for service readinessLeads new menu development and testing in collaboration with managementShift, Hours, and Days of Work:Tuesday to Saturday from 9AM to 7PM
