Deliver friendly, efficient, and exceptional customer service to every guest. Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Follow opening and closing procedures. Work collaboratively with the hotel team to create a seamless experience for guests. Keep the cafe environment tidy, stocked, and inviting.
