Our focus is on providing exceptional service, consistent quality, and a welcoming environment for our community and visitors alike.About The RoleWe are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cafe / Restaurant All Rounders to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service. You will play an important part in supporting both front-of-house and beverage service operations.Roles available for dinner and for cafe day work.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide efficient and friendly customer service, taking orders and assisting guests.Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee and non-alcoholic drinks.Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.Maintain a clean, organised, and professional work environment.Assist with general café duties as required.RequirementsProven experience in a café, restaurant, or similar hospitality setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts (Fridays and Saturdays).RSA certification preferred but not essential.
