This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who thrives at the intersection of search, insights, and digital growth. Role OverviewThe Manager, Search & Analytics is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing search strategies across paid and organic channels—while owning the analytics that fuel performance insights and continuous improvement. This role collaborates closely with media, content, UX, and data science teams to ensure search investments are connected, compliant, and measurable. You’ll lead the development of SEO roadmaps, SEM campaigns, keyword strategies, and analytics dashboards—supporting both HCP and consumer-facing initiatives.

Key Job Responsibilities (Duties may include, but are not limited to the following)Search Strategy & ExecutionPlan and manage integrated SEO and SEM programs across healthcare client accountsDevelop and maintain keyword strategies, paid search campaigns, and technical SEO best practicesOwn and optimize Google Ads, Bing Ads, and similar SEM platforms to drive measurable outcomesPartner with content, UX, and dev teams to ensure SEO is embedded into site builds, content updates, and navigation structuresAnalytics & ReportingBuild dashboards and reporting frameworks that deliver clear, actionable insights into search performanceMonitor KPIs, conversion paths, bounce rates, and landing page performance to optimize outcomesWork with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker StudioTranslate complex data into compelling visual reports and strategic narratives for internal and client useCollaboration & InnovationCollaborate with media planners, designers, and strategists to align paid/organic efforts across campaignsStay up to date on search algorithm changes, compliance standards (e.

, YMYL), and healthcare search trendsLeverage AI tools and automation where applicable to streamline search management and reporting workflowsQualifications4–6+ years of experience managing SEO and SEM programs, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or agency environmentsProven success with Google Ads, Google Analytics (Universal & GA4), Google Search Console, and SEMrush or similar toolsExperience with keyword research, technical SEO audits, site structure optimization, and metadata best practicesProficient in creating search performance dashboards using Looker Studio, Excel, or BI platformsWorking knowledge of analytics tagging, GTM, and campaign performance trackingStrong written and verbal communication skills—comfortable presenting search insights to clients and internal teamsAbility to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentAbout Calcium+CompanyCalcium+Company is redefining what it means to be a modern health communications group.
