The following tasks await you as part of this job: Independent creation and modification of simulation models using ANSA, LoCo and other tools for LS-Dyna. Execution and plausibility check of calculations for stiffness, strength, abuse, fatigue strength and functional developments for pedestrian protection and FMH, as well as crash and occupant protection. Creating presentations, documentation and presenting the results to customer committees. Development and implementation of optimization proposals. Supporting the assemblies from a simulation point of view (pedestrian protection, FMH, stiffness/strength, crash/occupant protection) from the design phase to series production. Working in a team with the design department and the testing department. You will work independently in close cooperation with our customerWhat you bring along: Completed technical or scientific studies in the field of automotive engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field of study or comparable training Ideally experience with FEM systems (e.g. LS-Dyna, Ansa, Animator, ...)
