Designation: HR OfficerLocation: Abu-DhabiSalary is upto AED 6000 + Accommodation & foodResponsibilities: Process monthly payroll accurately and on time in coordination with Finance. • Manage WPS files, salary transfers, and employee salary queries. • Handle end-of-service benefits, gratuity calculations, and final settlements. • Maintain payroll records, attendance, leave balances, and deductions. • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regulatory requirements (e. g. GOSI, WPS, MOHRE). • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, visa coordination, and employee file management. • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR databases. • Coordinate health insurance enrolments, renewals, and claims. • Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure employee compliance.
• Liaise with PROs and government authorities for labour and immigration-related tasks. • Support end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and offers. • Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines. • Coordinate with the PRO for visa processing, Emirates ID, labour cards, and other legal documentation and Track renewals of visas, work permits, and trade licenses. • Liaise with government authorities (MOHRE, GDRFA, etc. ) for labour and immigration compliance. Requirements: Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Masters In Human Resources would be an added advantage.
Minimum years of experience • 5 or more years of progressive HR experience. Skills and Competencies • Good Communication in English, Hindi, Urdu & Arabic will be an added advantage. • Proficiency in MS Office. • Good Knowledge of UAE Labour Law. • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
