We are looking for a dedicated CSR who can join our team and boost their confidence and skills. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Rawalpindi for a Call Agent. The Call Agent will be responsible for answering inbound calls, providing customer support, resolving customer complaints, and documenting customer interactions accurately. The Call Agent will also maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, follow communication scripts, and handle high-call volumes efficiently. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and active listening skillsStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks and handle high-call volumesProficiency with basic computer applications and customer service softwareAttention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactionsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plusAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsStrong interpersonal skills and good team player
