Job Description

Manage inbound and limited outbound calls from providers. Assist with queries related to benefits, eligibility, claims, authorizations, and appeals, including Spanish-language calls. Primarily handle calls from providers based in Florida, USA. Provide support for both Medicare and Retirement, as well as E&I (commercial policies) via phone and chat.Required Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools Microsoft and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications Available to work (40 hours/week) Monday- Friday.
