Company Description "We’re hiring Customer Care Executive for the Inbound US Voice Process📌 Position Details:▪️ Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide exceptional support to US-based customers.▪️ Account: Astound (Network Provider)▪️ No sales packages.💰 Salary:▪️ 27,000 EGP Gross▪️ 21,000 EGP Net (based on KPIs)🕒 Shifts:▪️ One shift ends at 12:00 AM▪️ Another shift ends at 2:00 AM🎓 Requirements:▪️ Fluency in English (B1+ Level)📚 Training:▪️ 6 weeks paid training▪️ Training timing: From 3:00 PM till 12:00 AM (Friday & Saturday)📅 Hiring Updates:▪️ Current class already started – adding candidates until after tomorrow▪️ Another class starting on the 15th📝 Interviews:▪️ On-site interviews from 1:00 PM till 3:00 PM▪️ Showing up at 3:00 PM might be considered late📍 Location: Technological Park, Maadi" Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Call Center Agent. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing support, resolving complaints, and delivering an exceptional customer service experience. Day-to-day tasks include handling incoming calls, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The role also involves achieving customer satisfaction through effective communication and prompt problem-solving. Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer SupportAbility to ensure Customer Satisfaction with excellent Interpersonal SkillsProficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with CRM software and basic computer operationsStrong problem-solving and active listening abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and EnglishAbility to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervisionPrevious call center experience is a plus but not mandatoryProficiency level of English from B1+ to B2
