The Call Center Agent will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing support, resolving complaints, and delivering an exceptional customer service experience. Day-to-day tasks include handling incoming calls, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The role also involves achieving customer satisfaction through effective communication and prompt problem-solving. Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer SupportAbility to ensure Customer Satisfaction with excellent Interpersonal SkillsProficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with CRM software and basic computer operationsStrong problem-solving and active listening abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and EnglishAbility to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervisionPrevious call center experience is a plus but not mandatoryProficiency level of English from B1+ to B2
