The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelistsResponsibilities Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and ready to receive guests.• - Review booking systems and make confirmation calls to customers.• - Answer calls through IVR system and provide room details and story presentations.• - Host and process guests at check-in using POS systems.• - Fill in data sheets and submit required forms to top management.• - Collect feedback from guests and ensure positive farewell experiences.• - Respond to social media messages and manage inquiries.• - Assist Game Masters in creating and capturing organic content.• - Coordinate and follow up on any special event inquiries and scheduling.QualificationsPrevious experience in customer serviceStrong leadership and communication skills.Passion for games, entertainment, and Team experience Good in English ( speaking , Writing )Minimum 1 years of experience
