Job Description

Position Summary:We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic automotive team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with vehicle-related inquiries, schedule service appointments, manage leads, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the automotive industry.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls related to sales inquiries, service bookings, warranty information, and general automotive support.Respond promptly to customer questions regarding vehicles, pricing, availability, financing, and service options.Provide accurate product and service information in a professional and courteous manner.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through active listening and problem resolution.Capture and update customer details and inquiries into the CRM system.Follow up on potential leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and dealership visits.Coordinate with sales and service teams to schedule appointments and test drives.Assist customers in scheduling maintenance and repair appointments.Confirm service bookings, send reminders, and follow up on post-service feedback.Coordinate with the workshop and parts departments to ensure smooth customer handling.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's Degree.Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a call center or customer service.Proficient in MS Office.
