In this role, you will take inbound and outbound calls, communicate with customers to identify their needs and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and able to remain calm under pressure.ResponsibilitiesReceive inbound calls and place outbound calls Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutionsRefer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topicsUpsell products and services when appropriateUse best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customersDocument all customer interactionsAttend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledgeQualificationsHigh school diploma/GEDPrevious experience as a Call Center Representative or Customer Service Representative in a similar role is preferred Excellent phone and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of active listening techniquesFamiliarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programsAbility to work well under pressureHighly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
