Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Call Center Representative will handle incoming and outgoing calls, respond to customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting customer concerns, updating customer records, and maintaining a professional and courteous manner during all interactions.QualificationsStrong Customer Service skills, including expertise in Customer Support and ensuring Customer SatisfactionExcellent Interpersonal Skills for clear communication and the ability to build rapport with customersProficiency in Computer Literacy to efficiently navigate systems and maintain accurate customer recordsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentPrevious experience in a similar role is preferred but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
