This is a remote position, requiring a proactive individual who excels in time management and can work effectively with data to maximize scheduling efficiency.Responsibilities:Contact potential clients by phone during designated business hours, following a company-provided script to set up initial appointments.Strategically analyze data to prioritize and optimize scheduling, maximizing productivity and ensuring efficient follow-ups.Coordinate appointments and facilitate smooth communication by scheduling calls or email follow-ups for the sales representatives.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and scheduled appointments.Requirements:Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.Please read the job description carefully before applying.
