Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in the Lahore District for a Call Center Specialist. The Call Center Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing customer support, responding to inquiries, managing customer service issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Using contact center technology and computer systems, the Call Center Specialist will accurately document and track interactions while maintaining excellent communication with customers and team members.
