The specialist will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, provide customer support via multiple channels, and gather feedback to improve service quality. Responsibilities include identifying and addressing customer needs, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, and contributing to the overall enhancement of customer satisfaction.QualificationsStrong customer service skills, including effective problem-solving and a customer-first approach.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in English; additional language skills, such as Turkish, are a plus.Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.Previous experience in a customer support or client-facing role is preferred.Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to evolving customer needs.Relevant educational qualifications, such as a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related fields, are an advantage.
