Job descriptionKey Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming calls and professionally addressing customer inquiries, concerns and complaints· Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing and promotions. · Ensure high standards of customer service excellence and strive to exceed customer expectations. · Oversee the daily operations of the customer support team. · Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. · Mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential. · Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights. · Communicate effectively with customers demonstrating active listening and empathy. · Follow established call script and guidelines while adapting communication style to individual customers’ needs.
· Identify customer issues or concerns and work proactively to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner. · Promote products and services during customer interactions upsell or cross-sell as appropriate· Ability to communicate and sell products by calls to customers?Qualifications: · High school, diploma or equivalent, additional education or training in customer service is a plus· Proven experience in a leadership role within customer support (Call Center)· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
