Call Centre Agent (UK timing)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Call Centre Agents to join our growing team. You will be responsible for outbound sales calls to UK-based clients, promoting our products/services, and closing deals over the phone. This is a remote position operating in UK business hours (BST/GMT).Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers in the UK marketIdentify customer needs and present appropriate products/servicesMeet or exceed daily and monthly sales targetsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM systemFollow up on leads and nurture customer relationshipsRequirements:Proven experience in telesales, outbound calling, or a related sales roleExcellent verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to work during UK business hours.Strong persuasion and negotiation skillsComfortable working with targets and KPIsSelf-motivated with a proactive attitudePreferred:2-3 years of Experience in UK-based campaigns or marketsFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)Location: Johar Town (Office timing 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM)
