This is a full-time, remote position where you will be responsible for:📌 Call Monitoring & Evaluation – Listening to recorded and live calls to assess quality, compliance, and performance.📌 Quality Control & Assurance – Identifying areas for improvement, ensuring agents adhere to company guidelines and industry standards.📌 Providing Constructive Feedback – Delivering clear, actionable insights to enhance agent performance.📌 Reporting & Data Analysis – Compiling reports on call quality trends and agent effectiveness.📌 Process Improvement – Collaborating with teams to optimize workflows and enhance customer experience.What We’re Looking For✅ Experience in Quality Control/Assurance in a Call Center✅ Strong Analytical Skills – Ability to assess and interpret call quality metrics.✅ Attention to Detail – Accuracy in identifying errors and areas for improvement.✅ Effective Communication – Providing clear, professional feedback to agents and management.✅ Intermediate Excel/spreadsheet skills – Comfortable with data analysis and reporting.✅ English Proficiency (85–90%) – Strong written and verbal communication.✅ Ability to Work Remotely & Independently – Self-motivated and disciplined.What We OfferWhat We Offer✅ Full-Time Role – 40 hours per week, 2 days off.✅ Competitive Pay & Growth Opportunities – Earn $650 USD/month paid directly to your bank account, plus performance-based bonuses.
